Customer Service Manager

Job Description:

  • Investigating and solving customers’ problem
  • Handing customer complaint
  • Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer
  • Effectively lead a team of customer service staff
  • Maintain staff for providing good customer service experience
  • Manage money in vault with accuracy
  • Manage and control staff by minimizing the number of fraud
  • Review and meeting with other manager in purpose to improve of level service
  • Coaching with staff in monthly basis for understand and find out career development that they wish to do for the next step
  • Other task assign by CEO

Job Requirement:

  • BBA in management, finance and banking and accounting.
  • Honesty, initiative, flexibility, high commitment and good inter-personal and communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of computer (Ms. Office & Internet).
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English and Khmer.
  • Good understanding of Cambodian micro finance rules and regulations, law on real estate and contract law.
  • Minimum 3 years or 4 relevant working experience with MFI or Bank
