Job Description:
- Investigating and solving customers’ problem
- Handing customer complaint
- Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer
- Effectively lead a team of customer service staff
- Maintain staff for providing good customer service experience
- Manage money in vault with accuracy
- Manage and control staff by minimizing the number of fraud
- Review and meeting with other manager in purpose to improve of level service
- Coaching with staff in monthly basis for understand and find out career development that they wish to do for the next step
- Other task assign by CEO
Job Requirement:
- BBA in management, finance and banking and accounting.
- Honesty, initiative, flexibility, high commitment and good inter-personal and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of computer (Ms. Office & Internet).
- Ability to effectively communicate in English and Khmer.
- Good understanding of Cambodian micro finance rules and regulations, law on real estate and contract law.
- Minimum 3 years or 4 relevant working experience with MFI or Bank
