Admin Internship (01Post)
– Warmest welcome and greeting walk-in clients
– Provide general support to HR & Admin tasks ( Prepare documents Filing, send letters or documents to NBC, CBC….)
– Appropriate in answering call-in and call-out
– Office Maintenance by inform HR & Admin team about office equipment are need to be fixed
– Make sure office is always cleaned and tidy
– Order office supplies and stationaries and research new deals and suppliers
– Other tasks are assigned by HR & Amin Manager /HR &Admin Officer
JobRequirement:
– Up to 1st year students are studying degree in Banking and Finance, Human Resources, Management or in any related fields
– 1st year or 2nd year students are encouraged to apply
– Fairly command of English for communication
– Computer literature: Word, Excel, Email…(Optional)
– Friendly and responsibility
– Patient and honesty
***Benefits & working condition:
– Provide transportation and foods OR salary 150.00USD/month.
– Get weekend holidays and public holidays follow MOL
– Working day: From Monday to Friday
– Working hour : From 8am to 5pm
