HR &Admin Supervisor

Job Description of HR &Admin Supervisor 

  • Support and work with HRM on recruitment & hiring process such as posting job announcement, deal with recruitment channel, arrange schedule for interview with line manager and staffs’ home visit. Assist supervisor on Network setup and testing.
  • Staff welfare: all leave recording, Medical claim, manage staffs Insurance cover of Group Accident and Group Health.
  • Jointly develop more new processes and policies following business needs
  • Staff welfare: all leave recording, Medical claim, manage staffs Insurance cover of Group Accident and Group Health.
  • Conduct company orientation & HR’s policies/processes to staffs and Ensure that staffs are well trained.
  • Payroll processing with timeline
  • Administrative support to departments dealing with mailing and filing and purchasing.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree in banking management or equivalent
  • At least 2 years or 3 years experiences on Administration in Banking/MFI service development
  • Knowledge Cambodian Labor laws
  • English Communication Level
