Job Description of HR &Admin Supervisor
- Support and work with HRM on recruitment & hiring process such as posting job announcement, deal with recruitment channel, arrange schedule for interview with line manager and staffs’ home visit. Assist supervisor on Network setup and testing.
- Staff welfare: all leave recording, Medical claim, manage staffs Insurance cover of Group Accident and Group Health.
- Jointly develop more new processes and policies following business needs
- Staff welfare: all leave recording, Medical claim, manage staffs Insurance cover of Group Accident and Group Health.
- Conduct company orientation & HR’s policies/processes to staffs and Ensure that staffs are well trained.
- Payroll processing with timeline
- Administrative support to departments dealing with mailing and filing and purchasing.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in banking management or equivalent
- At least 2 years or 3 years experiences on Administration in Banking/MFI service development
- Knowledge Cambodian Labor laws
- English Communication Level
